Our Billing & Payment Requirements All customers are required to place a valid credit card on file with our office. We will charge your card for the balance due the day after we provide service. Once a month, we will e-mail a detailed statement showing a balance due of zero.
Declined Cards We understand that cards are lost and stolen and are sometimes declined due to low funds on a particular day. If your card is declined, we will try it again a few days later. If it still won’t go through, we will try to contact you. If you respond quickly with another card, we will promptly put you back on the schedule. If we don’t hear from you, you will be removed from the schedule and we will send you a bill for the balance due.
